Quick to fix maintenance issues, and staff/employees are always friendly whether it is when the maintenance reps conduct routine checks or at the front office when you sign out mail.



This place is a good place to live. Only thing I have a problem with is parking well I guess people parking in my reserve parking spot which is carport 17 that my husband and I pay every month for. And I know people can see our parking permit because it certainly visible in our windshield so they know we park there. I know during the day I can call the office but what about at night sometimes we come home late or I'll come home late from work and in our minds we don't have to worry bout parking because we have a guarantee parking spot but sometimes like last night for example we go to the store we come back and it's raining and someone parked in our spot so because of them we have to park somewhere else. I'm sorry I'm pregnant and I have children and we shouldn't have to park someone where else cause people who don't pay for a reserve parking spot think they have a privilege to park where they please. So last night I wanted to teach whoever parked in our reserve spot a lesson and have them towed so the towing guy came but then called us back and said they can't tow and that manage has to do it but it's after hours so my question is if it's at night and someone is in our spot what can we do? Because I don't want to come home and our spot is not open for us because someone wants to park there that's is certainly not fair to us since we pay for that spot every month.


I've lived here since April, and I love it here! The staff is extremely friendly, even when I'm being a pain. Maintenance is done quickly and efficiently, and I love my apartment. I have a one bedroom, and it has a full-size washer and dryer, and central A/C and heat. And it's reasonably priced! After looking all over Colorado Springs, I chose Cheyenne Crest because of the great neighborhood, and the price. I stay because of the staff. Thanks, guys! :)


the prices are wayyyyyy tooo high but the black lady at the front desk was really nice to me and my family. We just PCS'd here and have experienced some really rude people. so it was nice to deal with a nice person, keep up the good work lady. if had not been for you we wouldn't have moved in there



I'm not sure why people rate poorly for tenants when inherently, people suck. However, staff is very friendly. Great location in terms of proximity to I-25, PPCC, Fort Carson, Southgate, etc. I didn't have any problems with the staff or maintenance people. They let you know whenever something else takes precedence before routine things. I guess I'm different in that I remember these are humans and they don't cater to individuals. I don't do the online portion of paying and up until last month, used money orders. Now they give you a card that has the account number and you take that and the amount you'd like to pay to King Soopers (or some other place, I chose King Soopers because it's less than 2 minutes away) and pay directly to them. Maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful. In general, I have no complaints towards the staff. Some tenants are rude but that's just the nature of apartments. The pool is nice and currently being renovated. Never tried the hot tub since it didn't look very clean. Also wished that people would pick up after their dogs and NOT let their children run free without supervision. Definitely witnessed one of them breaking a doggy pot so now that has to be replaced. That kind of going back to people sucking. I never had an issue with parking. It is an open parking lot meaning people who don't live here can park here. Rent prices are okay considering the rent around here is overpriced in general (including other parts of the city). Waste management is good. But I've noticed lazy people not making it to the dumpsters including disposed of glass which towards the north west side dumpster has some glass on the ground. So be careful driving there and walking your fur babies. Loss of one star only because of the community, not because of anything the complex itself can change (after all, you can't kick someone out because of their personality). However with the bad community (which is just a few sour apples not the entire group), it can and most likely will change when leases end. So I'd definitely recommend to a friend! Lived here for little over a year and have to say that the office managers and maintenance workers were vary polite and kind. The rates for these apartments did go up when I lived there but it was normal. Water usage would effect our bills every month but it was because Colorado Springs was pulling water from Pueblo and no one was at fault here only the city. Overall the apartments and staff were extremely helpful, also fixed what they could, and dealt with the crappy nieghbors. Don't blame the people working here for the crappy neighbors we get I had a neighbor who would neglect his child and leave him out in the porch for hours, called the office managers and they had the police called and that boy placed in a safe home! we are next to a military post and obviously there will alarms going off, gun fire, and lots of traffic!
